Lorcan Services UG (haftungsbeschränkt) operates the Berrit marketing site and hosted app. For privacy requests, email contact@help.berrit.dev or write to the postal address in the Impressum.

Marketing site

This static site uses local fonts and includes no analytics or embedded support widget. The hosting provider may process request metadata, such as IP addresses, URLs and access timestamps, to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare is the intended provider for the site and its assets.

Hosted app and support

The app handles account details, authentication and session information, organisation membership, repository connection details, review and activity content, and operational records needed to provide the service. When a customer connects a repository, Berrit also processes Git metadata and content for features such as diffs, reviews, and the landing train. Fly.io and Hetzner may provide app infrastructure where used. Crisp is the intended support provider where enabled and may receive information the user submits in support messages.

Billing

Creem, operated by Armitage Labs OÜ, is the intended merchant of record. It may handle checkout, transaction and payment information under its Privacy Policy.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or port personal data, and to object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. You may also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
