Data Processing Agreement

This outline covers customer personal data processed by Lorcan Services UG (haftungsbeschränkt) on behalf of a customer in providing the hosted Berrit app.

Instructions and scope

Processing on documented customer instructions supports repository access, reviews and landing. It may include account identifiers, organisation membership, commit metadata, and customer content that contains personal data. Data subjects may include authorised users and people identified in customer content.

Subprocessors

Hosting candidates for this schedule are Fly.io and Hetzner for app infrastructure, Cloudflare for hosting or delivery where used for customer processing, and Crisp for customer support where enabled. Creem’s merchant-of-record role should be reviewed separately when mapping the parties’ responsibilities for billing data.
